Manage Your Subscription¶
View your current subscription status, update payment methods, download invoices, or cancel your subscription. This guide covers everything you can do with your LEADR subscription after upgrading.
LEADR Cloud
This guide covers subscription management for LEADR Cloud. Self-hosted deployments manage feature access and any billing independently.
Prerequisites¶
- Download and install the LEADR app
- A LEADR account:
- Register a new account, or
- Join a team with an existing account
- An active paid subscription (see Upgrade Your Plan)
View Subscription Status¶
The LEADR app displays your current subscription details in the Account view.
Step 1: Open Account View¶
From the LEADR app dashboard, press a or select Account from the main menu.
Step 2: View Subscription Info¶
Your subscription details appear in the Account view:
- Plan - Your current plan (Free, Indie, or Studio)
- Status - Current subscription state (see table below)
- Billing - Monthly or Yearly interval
- Renews/Ends - Next billing date, or end date if canceling
Subscription Statuses¶
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Your subscription is current and will renew automatically |
| Past Due | A payment has failed - update your payment method to avoid interruption |
| Canceled | Your subscription is ending and will not renew |
Past Due subscriptions
If your subscription shows as Past Due, update your payment method promptly to avoid losing access to paid features.
Open the Customer Portal¶
For payment updates, invoice downloads, and cancellation, use the Stripe customer portal.
Step 1: Open Account View¶
From the LEADR app dashboard, press a or select Account from the main menu.
Step 2: Select Manage Subscription¶
Select Manage Subscription. Your browser will open to the Stripe customer portal.

Update Payment Method¶
Update your payment card or add a new payment method in the Stripe customer portal.
Step 1: Open Customer Portal¶
Follow the steps above to open the customer portal in your browser.
Step 2: Update Payment Method¶
Select Payment methods or Update payment method. Enter your new card details and save.
View and Download Invoices¶
Access your billing history and download invoices for your records.
Step 1: Open Customer Portal¶
Follow the steps above to open the customer portal in your browser.
Step 2: View Invoice History¶
Select Billing history or Invoices. You'll see a list of all past invoices. Click any invoice to view or download a PDF.
Cancel Your Subscription¶
If you need to cancel, you can do so through the customer portal. Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Step 1: Open Customer Portal¶
Follow the steps above to open the customer portal in your browser.
Step 2: Cancel Subscription¶
Select Cancel subscription or Cancel plan. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.
Access until period end
After canceling, you retain access to paid features until your current billing period ends. The Ends date in the LEADR app shows when your subscription will expire.
Reactivate a Canceled Subscription¶
If you've canceled but want to continue, you can reactivate before your subscription ends.
Step 1: Open Customer Portal¶
Follow the steps above to open the customer portal in your browser.
Step 2: Reactivate¶
If your subscription hasn't ended yet, you'll see an option to reactivate or renew. Select this to restore automatic renewal.
