Inviting Teammates¶

Invite teammates to your LEADR account so they can help manage games and boards. All team members share access to all games and boards on the account.

Send an Invite¶

Sending an invite

Step 1: Open the Invite Screen¶

From the LEADR app dashboard, press i to open the Invite screen.

Step 2: Enter Invitee Details¶

You'll be prompted to enter:

Email address - The email address of the person you're inviting
Display name - Their display name (optional, defaults to email prefix)

Step 3: Confirm and Send¶

Review the invitation details. Press Y or Enter to send the invite, or N or Esc to go back and make changes.

Step 4: Done!¶

Press Enter or Esc to return to the dashboard

What Happens Next¶

Your invitee will receive an email with:

A 6-digit verification code
Instructions for joining your team

They'll use this code to complete the join process in the LEADR app. See Join a Team for the full process from their perspective.

Invite Permissions¶

All team members have equal access to:

All games on the account
All boards on the account
Creating new games and boards
Editing existing games and boards
Viewing and resolving score flags

No role-based permissions (yet)

Currently, LEADR doesn't have role-based access control. All team members have full access. If this is a feature you'd like to see, let us know on Discord!
